The Client

B-FIT, led by elite trainer Bryce Williams, is more than a coaching service; it is a high-performance lifestyle brand. Operating in a saturated fitness market, the identity needed to break through the noise with a look that felt industrial, powerful, and uncompromising. The goal was to build a brand that looked as good on a gym wall as it does on high-end athletic apparel.

The Design

We created a high-impact visual identity centered on a custom-built monogram. The icon merges the brand’s initials into a singular, heavy-duty mark that evokes the imagery of a dumbbell, grounding the brand in the “iron and sweat” reality of physical training. The Cyber Yellow and Black color palette provides maximum contrast, ensuring the brand commands attention in digital spaces and physical training facilities alike.

The Result

The dumbbell monogram gives B-FIT a visual identity that works as hard as its athletes. The mark scales from embroidered trucker hats to full gym wall murals without losing impact, and the Cyber Yellow pops against dark apparel for instant shelf recognition. The brand system has helped Bryce expand from one-on-one coaching into a full lifestyle label, with branded merchandise generating its own revenue stream alongside training services.
