Pricing & Investment

Brand identity design pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Here is a general range to help you plan:

  • Logo Only: €1,100–€4,000 — A distinctive logo with multiple variations (horizontal, stacked, icon-only, monochrome), delivered in all file formats for print and digital.
  • Brand Identity Package: €2,500–€7,000 — Everything in Logo Only plus a complete visual system: colour palette, typography, brand guidelines PDF, social media kit, and stationery templates.
  • Premium / Enterprise: €6,000–€12,000+ — A comprehensive brand programme for established businesses or ambitious launches. Includes in-depth brand strategy and research, extended deliverable sets (packaging, signage, marketing collateral, motion graphics), more concept directions, and priority timelines.

The final price depends on deliverables, research depth, revision rounds, and timeline. For a detailed breakdown, read my guide on how much brand identity design costs, or get in touch for a personalised quote.

A complete brand identity package typically includes:

  • Primary logo design with multiple variations (horizontal, stacked, icon-only, monochrome)
  • Colour palette (CMYK, RGB, HEX, Pantone)
  • Typography system with primary and secondary typefaces
  • Brand guidelines PDF
  • Social media kit (profile images, cover photos, templates)
  • Stationery templates (business cards, letterheads, envelopes)
  • All file formats for print and digital use

Process & Timeline

Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project:

  • Logo design: 1–2 weeks
  • Full brand identity: 2–4 weeks
  • Complex projects: 4–6 weeks

Rush projects can be accommodated with advance notice. Learn more about my design approach on the services page.

Most projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions for each deliverable. The process is collaborative and structured to get the best results:

  • Round 1: Initial concepts based on the brief
  • Round 2: Refining the chosen direction
  • Round 3: Final adjustments and polish

Additional revision rounds can be arranged if needed. The goal is always to get to a result you are genuinely proud of.

Getting started is simple. Three steps:

  • Step 1: Fill out the logo brief or send an email describing your project.
  • Step 2: I review your needs and provide a detailed quote with scope, timeline, and pricing.
  • Step 3: Once approved, the design process begins.

There is no commitment required for the initial conversation.

Branding Knowledge

A logo is a single visual mark that identifies your business. A brand identity is the complete visual system that defines how your brand looks and feels across every touchpoint.

Brand identity includes your logo, colour palette, typography, graphic elements, photography style, stationery, social media presence, and the guidelines that govern how everything is used consistently.

I wrote a detailed comparison: Brand Identity vs Logo: What’s the Difference?

You will receive your logo and brand assets in all standard formats:

  • Vector: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF — for print and scalability
  • Raster: PNG, JPG — for digital and web use

Files are provided in CMYK for print and RGB for screen. A complete brand guidelines PDF is always included.

Yes. Based in Porto, Portugal, I work with clients worldwide. Since 2014, I have designed over 1,200 brand identities for businesses in more than 40 countries.

Communication is in English (and Portuguese), and the entire process is managed remotely via email, video calls, and online collaboration tools. Time zone differences are never a problem.

Here are five common signs it might be time for a redesign:

  • Your logo looks outdated compared to competitors
  • It doesn’t work well at small sizes or in digital formats
  • Your business has evolved beyond what the logo represents
  • Customers confuse you with another brand
  • You feel embarrassed putting it on premium materials

If any of these ring true, read the full guide: 7 Signs Your Logo Needs a Redesign.
