A sophisticated monogram merging ‘S’ and ‘b’ into a single fluid mark mimicking the swirl of frosting - soft pink and black balancing feminine charm with modern luxury for a premium bakery in Kuwait City.
The Bakery
Sprinkles Bakery is a premium confectionery and catering company based in Alrai, Kuwait City. Known for its mobile catering carts and gourmet desserts, from colourful macarons to chocolate and pistachio treats, the brand serves weddings, garden events, and corporate functions across Kuwait. It needed an identity that felt as sweet as the product but elegant enough for high-end events, and flexible enough to live on everything from a clear cookie bag to a full food truck.
The Design
I designed a sophisticated monogram that seamlessly merges the letter ‘S’ (Sprinkles) and the letter ‘b’ (Bakery) into a single, fluid mark. This elegant curve mimics the swirl of frosting or the drape of ribbon. The soft pink and black colour palette strikes a balance between feminine charm and modern luxury, while a clean serif wordmark keeps the full logo minimal and refined. Because the monogram is drawn as one continuous letterform, it embosses cleanly on packaging, foil-stamps onto gift boxes, and prints in a single colour when needed, which let me apply it seamlessly across packaging, catering carts, and food trucks.
The Result
The Sb monogram now appears on everything from clear bags of cookies presented in woven baskets to pink coffee cups, an Eid Mubarak greeting card, and the branded white catering carts and pink food truck that serve desserts at events across Kuwait. Tiered dessert displays and floral styling carry the same soft pink language, so every touchpoint reads unmistakably as Sprinkles. Considered packaging does quiet but serious work for a food brand, a subject I explore in how to modernise packaging without losing trust. The identity helped Sprinkles position itself as a premium catering choice for weddings, Eid celebrations, and corporate functions.
