The Client
Handover Cleaning (HOC) specializes in “Builders Cleans”, the critical final cleaning phase before a construction project is handed over to the client. The brand needed to look industrial, safe, and professional to appeal to large construction firms.
The Design
We designed a bold, negative-space logo where the letter ‘H’ cleverly integrates the silhouette of a mop and bucket. The color palette uses “Safety Blue” and stark white, ensuring high visibility on construction sites and reinforcing a message of cleanliness and reliability.
The Result
The hidden mop-and-bucket detail sparks conversation and makes the HOC logo instantly memorable among construction site managers. Consistent use of Safety Blue across uniforms, vehicle signage, and proposal documents gives the company a polished, contractor-grade presence that larger firms respect. Handover Cleaning now wins repeat contracts partly because their branding communicates the same precision they deliver on the job.
