Manatee Isles is a premium waterfront townhouse community located in Manatee, Florida. The branding needed to capture the relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere of coastal living while appealing to buyers looking for permanent luxury.
The Design
We created a circular badge logo featuring crossed palm trees sitting atop gentle ocean waves. This imagery instantly communicates the leisure and serenity of the location. The teal and sandy beige color palette reflects the natural environment of the Florida coast, creating a cohesive and inviting brand experience.
The Result
The coastal badge logo now anchors all of Manatee Isles’ sales materials, signage, and digital listings. Its teal and beige palette immediately signals waterfront lifestyle, giving buyers a clear emotional connection before they ever visit a model unit. The branding has helped distinguish the community in a crowded Florida real estate market where most competitors rely on generic serif wordmarks.
