The Client
Lauren Halcovich is a premier luxury real estate brand serving the exclusive markets of Newport Beach and Southern California under the banner List With Lauren. In the high-end property sector, a brand must communicate both elite status and approachable professionalism. The goal was to create a visual identity that feels like “Quiet Luxury”. Sophisticated, authoritative, and timeless.
The Design
I developed a bespoke monogram that seamlessly intertwines the letters ‘L’ and ‘H’ into a singular, fluid mark. The interlocking linework suggests architectural precision and the keys to a new home, symbolising the bridge between Lauren and her clients’ dream lifestyles. The black and luminous gold palette evokes the intersection of professional trust and the golden California sun, with midnight navy and white as calm supporting grounds, while the wide-tracked sans-serif typography keeps the wordmark modern and high-end. The monogram was drawn to stay legible at any distance, whether embossed small on a business card or read from the street on a property sign, so the mark can carry the brand without any text beside it.
The Result
This is one of the most complete real estate identity systems in my portfolio, and the imagery on this page shows how far it travels. A stationery suite covers letterhead, notebooks and premium business cards. A full signage programme takes the brand onto the street: just listed, open house and sold signs, a hanging sign on a palm-lined street and a coastal monument sign carrying the gold LH monogram. Luxury client gift packaging, with a branded bag and printed collateral, extends the experience into the moments after a sale, while the listing presentation materials keep every meeting on brand. Lifestyle photography of Lauren beneath lemon trees rounds out the system with a European-inspired coastal mood, reinforcing the quiet confidence her clients expect from a top-tier realtor in the competitive Newport Beach luxury market.
