The Agency
Immomondo is a modern real estate agency based in Darmstadt, Germany. In a competitive property market, they needed a brand identity that felt established, professional, and welcoming.
The Design
We created a sophisticated circular emblem that harmonizes architectural lines with organic elements. The continuous line drawing connects city skylines with trees and birds, symbolizing the balance between urban convenience and natural living. The clean, sans-serif typography reinforces a modern, transparent approach to real estate.
A Single Continuous Line
The emblem is drawn as one continuous line, a deliberate piece of craft: the city skyline flows into trees and birds without lifting the pen, making the balance between urban and natural living literal in the construction of the mark itself.
In application, the white emblem sits over warm-toned photography of Darmstadt's modern office buildings and streets, grounding the brand in its actual market. The gold and grey colourways split the workload, gold for premium property launches, grey for everyday correspondence, while the clean sans-serif wordmark keeps every application feeling transparent and contemporary, exactly the tone a modern German agency needs.
The Result
The emblem translates beautifully across corporate stationery, property signage, and digital listings. Its continuous line illustration gives Immomondo a distinctive presence in the German property market, where most agencies default to generic house icons. The gold and grey colour variations allow the brand to flex between premium property launches and everyday marketing materials.
