The Client

B-FIT, led by elite trainer Bryce Williams, is more than a coaching service; it is a high-performance lifestyle brand built around the slogan Train To B-Fit. Operating in a saturated fitness market, the identity needed to break through the noise with a look that felt industrial, powerful, and uncompromising. The goal: build a brand that looks as good painted on a gym wall as it does embroidered on athletic apparel.

The Design

I designed a high-impact visual identity centred on a custom-built monogram. The icon merges the brand’s initials into a singular, heavy-duty mark that evokes the imagery of a dumbbell, grounding the brand in the “iron and sweat” reality of physical training. The letterform is drawn with thick, even strokes, so it stays legible from an embroidered hat to a painted locker room wall, and the full lock-up pairs it with bold white typography on black. The Cyber Yellow and Black colour palette provides maximum contrast, ensuring the brand commands attention in digital spaces and physical training facilities alike. It follows the same discipline I describe in what makes a good logo.

The Result

The dumbbell monogram gives B-FIT a visual identity that works as hard as its athletes. The mark scales from embroidered black and white trucker hats to full gym wall murals without losing impact, and the Cyber Yellow pops against dark apparel for instant shelf recognition. The system extends into streetwear, with oversized black tees carrying bold typography across the back, and into marketing graphics built around high-intensity weightlifting action shots. Lifestyle imagery of athletes wearing B-FIT hats and gear on a sunny boardwalk shows the brand living beyond the gym. The brand system has helped Bryce expand from one-on-one coaching into a full lifestyle label, with branded merchandise generating its own revenue stream alongside training services.
