The goal was to communicate that whether a client is buying a modest starter home or a luxury estate, they receive the same "royal" level of scrutiny and care.

The Design Solution: We developed a comprehensive badge-style logo that serves as a visual story of the Southwest. The illustration captures a classic high-desert sunset over a mesa, integrating iconic elements like the saguaro cactus and a house silhouette that bridges the gap between "cottage" and "castle." The earthy terracotta and deep teal color palette was chosen to reflect the natural beauty of the local terrain while maintaining a professional, high-contrast look. The use of tall, structured typography for the primary name provides a sense of architectural stability and integrity, ensuring the brand stands out as a reliable authority in property safety.
